In 2024, while assisting Mark LaJoye from an administrative position, on his campaign for sheriff of Muscogee County, I was given a surprise opportunity to partner with a man I knew to be a beast. If I am honest, knowing what I know of him now, I had every right to consider him so, but I chose to throw caution to the wind. I knew him to be aligned with and a major supporter of our previous sheriffs from John Darr to Donna Tompkins and to former marshal and now sheriff Greg Countryman. I knew that this man showing up to Mark’s meet and greet at the Columbus Public Library was a counterintelligence attempt by Howard “Jackson” Turner, a local business owner, landlord, and political influencer, in Columbus, Georgia.
Jackson, in my opinion, had always been a detractor in the community to quell or reverse voter choice, since I had heard of him when I began assisting Charlie Roberts in his 2018 mayoral campaign. Over the next several months of our informal business relationship, I would get the evidence I needed to substantiate my suspicions, but what I didn’t expect is that he would tell me of an organized criminal syndicate that exists, as of this publication, that involved a hierarchy, starting with former mayor Teresa Tomlinson, and involved the sheriff, the gangs, a local criminal defense attorney, drugs, bribery, blackmail, and extortion.
Google Gemini stated the following as key characteristics of organized crime. Organized crime (1) has a formal structure, (2) is profit-driven through drug and human trafficking, (3) uses corruption through bribery, threats, and extortion, and (4) exists even after some of those members or leaders are arrested.
What is the Formal Structure of the Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia Syndicate?
Teresa Tomlinson, he said, was the boss over the “Columbus old white money royalty,” who was over the sheriff, which is Greg Countryman, and the mayor, Skip Henderson. He says that the sheriff is “the organized crime.” He indicated that an attorney – who may be over the drugs, blackmail and bribery – a judge, a murderer-informant, two companies that control the voters, the Columbus Police Department, the Columbus Consolidated Government officials, a congressman’s wife, and the street gangs, make up the criminal organization.
I know, I know, this seems a little far-fetched, but as usual, I come with receipts. I didn’t have them back in 2018 like I do now, so I will ask you to keep your thoughts of any mental insanity of this author to a minimum, until you have read and reviewed the evidence.
First, to know how Jackson knows anything, I had to establish a connection and gather some evidence that gave life to his claims. Jackson Turner is a very charming man, and for a time, I really found myself struggling over what he was sharing with me, because he is such a likable person on the surface. I likened him to my own personal crocodile Dundee. I kept Mark LaJoye in the know about our conversations, but at the time, Mark even thought Jackson was just a man who liked to boast about things and Mark didn’t believe we needed to put any weight into these claims, so I just waited, but I built my case, because I had a gut feeling, and anytime I deny my gut, I get in trouble.
So, follow along with me as I build this case for you, too, according to all the evidence from Jackson’s own mouth – er, fingers.
Who is Howard “Jackson” Turner?
To the average citizen, he is just a landlord over properties where gang crime and illegal drug operations flourish, and he has done well for many years, allowing us to believe that is all he is. But according to him, he was a political operative and close colleague, whether former or current, of Greg Countryman, who is the Muscogee County Sheriff.
The document below indicates that at least one time in 2019, Howard Jackson Turner gave a campaign contribution to Greg Countryman who was running for sheriff in 2020.
These screenshots below indicate that Jackson was “inside,” a “social media strongarm” for Greg Countryman, that they “were buds” who talked about getting rid of the Columbus Police Department, and that at one point, Greg “fuked [sic] him over.”
Who are the Old White Royalty that are Over Sheriff Greg Countryman and Controlling the Voters?
Howard “Jackson” Turner is also a business owner of Midtown Columbus Incorporated, whereby he confirmed that Midtown Inc and Uptown Inc were created to “take power from the voters.” He said that because the old white money were hanging by a thread, they knew that they had to subvert the citizens’ vote before it became a minority majority.
What I found interesting is that Jackson has a YouTube Channel called Blue the Back, in which he criticizes the Columbus Police Department and makes parody videos of CPD actions towards his person and his properties.
I saw a comment he made on one of his videos, where his username was “Midtown_Columbus_Incorporated,” where he indicated that the coca plants were in Columbus due to the Coca Cola Company, that the cartels work for Columbus royalty and the government answers to them, in addition to indicating that all of the lawyers in Columbus knew better than to represent anyone against the Columbus Consolidated Government.
I immediately went to the Secretary of State’s website to see who owned Midtown Columbus Incorporated, and wouldn’t ya know, Howard J. Turner is listed the CEO, CFO, Secretary and Registered Agent, although coincidentally, it was dissolved as of October of 2024, shortly after Jackson and I concluded our business relationship.
What I am uncertain about is whether Midtown Inc and Columbus Midtown Incorporated are related. ChatGPT said that they are connected, but I cannot find anything in the documents that indicate they are factually related. I also have not followed up on Uptown Columbus’ connection, so at this time I cannot say that Uptown Columbus is part of what Jackson said they are.
Aside from Jackson stating that Midtown Inc and Uptown Inc were created to control the voters, I found that Jackson had a substantial part to play in that “control,” so was he part of that old white royalty?
Jackson indicated that he would go into black churches and barbershops, made up of mostly “ghetto imbeciles” and that they would vote however he would tell them. He indicated this in relation to Mark LaJoye’s last sheriff’s campaign against Greg Countryman in 2024.
He also stated that he could go into the Muscogee County Crime facebook group and tell them not to vote for Mark LaJoye and that if Alton Russell, the former Republican chairman, gives Mark LaJoye a thumbs down, then the Republicans won’t give Mark LaJoye their votes.
What’s interesting about this is Mark LaJoye has stated for many years, before Alton was unseated, that Alton refused to endorse – or support – Mark LaJoye as a Republican candidate. So, why would Jackson Turner, a supporter of Democrat Greg Countryman, state that a former Republican Chairman had power to sway voters away from voting for Mark LaJoye as a Republican candidate and why would Alton as a Republican chairman even want to do that if Mark is a Republican?
Further, why would the black voters continue doing ANYTHING that Jackson tells them to do after they find out that he called them “ghetto imbeciles?”
What I also found interesting is that Jackson contacted me about Mark LaJoye requesting a recount after his election in 2024, and I told Jackson that we both knew that the elections were shady, to which he replied, “Yea. I made a point of going by their office and thanking them for their hard thankless work.” So was Jackson stating that he knew that the elections were rigged and that he wanted to thank them for rigging it?
Is Theresa Tomlinson the Ring Leader of Columbus’ Organized Crime?
What makes Jackson’s statements about Teresa Tomlinson credible? Teresa’s own LinkedIn profile indicates that she was an Executive Director of Midtown Inc, as well as an article written by Unitarian Universalist Fellowship found at https://www.uucolumbusga.org/services/mayor-teresa-tomlinson-healing-renewal-civic-engagement/.
Jackson Turner did call her the boss. He said that “She is everywhere and above columbus royalty who is above Greg and Skip and all of them” and then says that it “[p]ays to at least know the real boss.” So for him to say that she is over all of them and we see that she was a part of Midtown Inc, could his statement at least have some plausibility?
So, How Do We Know that Teresa Tomlinson is the Boss of All of Columbus’ Public Officers?
Jackson stated, “Just remember who the sheriffs real bosses are.” This indicates that the sheriff has a boss, and Jackson just admitted above, that she is above Greg [Countryman] specifically. He is the current sheriff of Muscogee, Columbus, Georgia. So, that would make the sheriff under her authority, according to him. He also stated, “Just know the sheriff is the organized crime,” as indicated above also.
He further stated, “Mcso is a seething hotbed of black racists drunk on power. Greg [Countryman] among them. And above all of them I’d [sic] columbus old white money royalty. Columbus royalty rules all. They squash Greg [Countryman] like a bug.”
The sheriff is the most powerful authority in a county, because he is the chief law enforcement officer and the only one who can arrest anyone else in the county (including those who are city officials). So, if the sheriff is controlled by Teresa Tomlinson and she is/was a participant in subverting your vote through Midtown Inc., because she’s losing money, can we assert that she is part of an organized criminal network – and quite possibly the ring leader?
But the next question is, if the Teresa Tomlinson and sheriff Greg Countryman are involved in organized crime, who else is involved and how are they involved? Below, we will learn who and how the organized crime has been established, according to Jackson Turner. The evidence below will show that sextortion, bribery, blackmail, drugs, and the street gangs and cartels are all part of that syndicate.
Sextortion?
Jackson indicated that there is a woman – at this time, her identity is unknown – who had photos of the genitalia of many Columbus Police Department officers who were/are higher ups, and he says she is a convicted felon and murderer, that her drug operation was covered up by the CPD, that metro narcotics would warn her of raids on her drug operation, and that she, at one time, had a sworn statement that would have put the wife of a congressman – Vivian Bishop – in prison except the attorney [and] judge lost her sworn statement. We will learn later on that the attorney was/is Mark Shelnutt, according to Jackson.
Jackson then indicated that she sets up whoever CPD finds as a nuisance.
Blackmail and Bribery?
Jackson mentioned that he had a large collection of “dirt” and “can implicate the entire finance department,” under former city manager, Isaiah Hugley, “in conjunction with the whole top of the government and the sheriff.”
He then mentioned that he had information on Sanford and Vivian Bishop that he kept as his “trump card.” He indicated that they would end up on Inside Edition if they kept trying to entrap him, for what, I’m not sure.
Jackson indicated that Sanford Bishop “implicated old white money from Columbus in multi-million dollar crimes,” and “diversion of federal funds for private use.”
Is Jackson Turner suggesting that he and Vivian Bishop, the Magistrate Court Clerk, were engaged in an extramarital affair? Why would he reference her “selective breeding” or mention “pheromones her ancestors were bred to crave?” Why would he mention that it might kick back in AGAIN? Was he controlling her through sextortion?
Then Jackson mentioned that Vivian Bishop wanted to hook up with him, indicated that the sheriff better “back the fuk [sic] off,” and implicated her with organized crime along with a murderer informant, which is the lady he mentioned that took graphic photos of the CPD higher ups’ genitalia, a judge, and an attorney, which he mentioned later in this publication below as Mark Shelnutt.
Jackson, further indicated that attorney, Mark Shelnutt, is his attorney, is part of the organized crime, and has the dirt that gets people out of “shyt” with deals that happen without court.
Jackson mentioned that anyone who pissed off Mark Shelnutt would be “gone forever.” What that exactly means, I will not infer.
And furthermore, Jackson indicated that 10s of millions of dollars wagged in front of most honest people will cause them to fold, and asks the question, “Who got Bookie Hill’s business?” If you don’t know who Bookie Hill is, be patient, because below, I have included a video and an excerpt from an online publication that will give you a better understanding.
So, was Jackson trying to hint that Mark Shellnut got Bookie’s business, which involved drugs – marijuana and cocaine – warehouses full of money, and his connection to the cartels? This video tells a good narrative of Bookie’s ties, his connections, and how Mark Shelnutt may have been involved with Bookie Hill before Bookie was booked. You can also do a Google search and read many of the publications, court documents, and articles about Mark Shelnutt’s alleged involvement.
So, if Mark Shelnutt did take over Bookie’s business, does he not just have access to the dirt that blackmails people, but also the storage rooms full of money used to bribe the judges, police, and others involved in the organized crime that Jackson suggests Mark Shellnut may be involved in as referenced above with Vivian Bishop, the clerk of Magistrate Court?
And if Shelnutt took over after Bookie Hill was arrested, sentenced, and imprisoned, does that mean that Mark Shelnutt is over the drug trafficking in Muscogee County too? Notice in this article that it says that Bookie Hill had ties to cocaine in addition to the video above.
And then notice how Jackson indicated that he personally knows where the cocaine is stored, and which big time cocaine dealer is under the protection of the CPD? And is his connection as a client to Mark Shelnutt, how he knows that almost everybody is compromised, including judges, police, and attorneys?
And if Jackson’s right hand man knows the distributor and he brings it into a section 8 house, is that section 8 house one of Jackson’s houses?
Who Controls the Street Gangs in Columbus?
Jackson indicated that the gangs run the city; not the sheriff. So the question would be then, who do the gangs report to? Do you remember earlier in my publication how Jackson wrote in his comment on his YouTube video that the cartels report to Columbus Royalty? The street gangs and cartels are connected. So in this case the gangs are still over the sheriff. And below, Jackson will explain that he may be part of that Columbus Royalty.
In the above screenshot, Jackson indicated that the sheriff has to have a sacrificial lamb now and then and that Jackson himself puts money on one of these gang members’ jail account, but who is he talking about?
His name is Jessie Favors and he is/was a member of the Zohannon street gang that may have lived on Jackson’s block. Jackson even had video of what Jessie was involved in and with whom he was involved.
Jessie Favors, prior to his September 2024 arrest, was charged with 30 misdemeanor and felony counts and had warrants out for his arrest. Those counts were as follows:
- Aggravated Assault x3
- Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm x3
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime x2
- Hijacking a Motor Vehicle
- Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree x2
- Simple Assault – Family Violence
- Terroristic Threats
- Simple Assault x2
- Aggravated Stalking x4
- Aggressive Driving
- Stop Sign Violation
- Driving Without a Valid License
- Fleeing to Elude
- Obstruction x2
- Theft by Taking (Motor Vehicle)
- Escape
- Criminal Damage to Property
- Simple Battery
- Theft by Shoplifting
- Theft by Taking x2
Jackson indicated to me that he knew Jessie Favors’ family and that “his cult was [Jackson’] loyal weapon.”
Jackson showed me video from his camera of Jessie and another member, that he called Damo, who was involved in killing two people at the Riverwalk in a gunfight, with Jessie on his block.
He indicated that they were Zohannons and that they were firing high power weapons down his block at some of their own members and sent me a picture of the guy that was involved in the shooting with Jessie.
Jackson indicated that the image of the guy above reflected the guy named DAMO.
So, why would Jackson have video evidence of crime in his neighborhood by a validated Zohannon gang member and not turn it in to the authorities? Why would he put money on that validated gang member’s jail account? Why would he need to use Jessie Favors and his gang as his own personal cult weapon? And why would he know so much about the crimes that Jessie had committed and with whom?
Wrapping Up
Jackson has stated that Teresa is the bosslady and that she is over the old white royalty, that they are drying up and controlling the voters and the election, that they are over the gangs, the cartels, the sheriff, the CPD, and many – if not all – of the Columbus public officials and Congressman Biship and his wife, Vivian, whereby his attorney, Mark Shelnutt is over the bribery, blackmail, and drug trafficking.
So the question that we can all ask is, “Is Jackson Turner telling the truth or is he full of crap as Mark LaJoye has maintained?”
Only time will tell. If we see Jackson’s arrest soon, then we will know. If all those who have allegedly been bribed and blackmailed by Jackson – an possibly Mark Shelnutt and others – are smart, they will work together to make that arrest. Since Greg has been visited by Kash Patel in previous weeks, maybe the FBI already knows.
