About

Julia Pierce, through Plumblyne Productions, performs legal research, open records requests, assists in advocating for justice for the oppressed, performs government oversight and accountability in Georgia, reports on her findings, contracts with attorneys as a paralegal, performs administrative work for hire, consults, advises, and assists where there is a need.

Julia began her journey in 2016, because she needed justice and no one would give it to her. She did not have the resources to afford justice, and found that justice has typically only been available to those who had money and connections. Julia was forced to learn criminal law for herself because she was falsely accused, and through her mentorship by the former honorable justice of the peace, Paul L. Nally, she was able to learn to write her own pleadings, motions, answers, and objections. Most of all, she was able to successfully litigate her case to a nolle prosequi, meaning the solicitor general’s office refused to prosecute my case.

During this process, Julia’s family was also targeted by a property management company, due to her exposure of the violations of inspections, health, codes, and hazardous structural damages that by law were required to be repaired. Once again, Julia was forced to learn the law – this time it was Georgia Landlord/Tenant Law, again with Paul’s mentorship. Julia was able to successfully litigate her case, get the repairs made, and fought the false accusation by this property manager in the Municipal Court. Her family stayed through their lease, and while she was there and after, she assisted others who were being denied safe housing, repairs, and quiet and peaceful enjoyment in North Highland and others around the city.

In 2018, Julia gained more experience in justice advocacy, legal research, and reporting due to her assistance on a mayoral candidate’s campaign, running on a platform of government exposure, requiring a full forensic audit, human trafficking reduction and education, and backing the blue. It was the only time that I had ever heard of a campaign manager being attacked more than the candidate him- or her-self, and it was because many citizens and government employees were providing her evidence of the things going on in the city, and because she promised them anonymity, she did not provide witness names to back up most of what was shared.

This didn’t mean the information was false; it simply meant that the people did not want to believe what they could not see or what they could not verify, and there was a good ol’ boys network steady at the helm. To substantiate my story, it would have meant exposing those whose trust I had gained and of whose protection I was in charge. It all ended for a time with a large file dump that proved hands down that the government had framed a black man, innocent of rapes and murders, that they said he committed, to protect another individual – believed by a good many to be a good ol’ boy himself.

And because she was exposing them, they rushed to execute this innocent black man, as he was already on death row at Georgia Diagnostic and Classification State Prison in Butts County, Georgia. I spoke with him alongside my candidate over the phone, cried, and promised that I would not let his death be in vain, and I would keep that promise.

Julia participated in elections integrity efforts in Georgia, beginning in Muscogee County, Georgia, where she found many things that were a violation of Title 21 Election law, again with the help of Paul Nally. It was during that research, communication, and exposure that Paul also taught her about the Grand Jury, how to access it (because it had become obstructed from citizens), how to use the U.S. Constitution to educate herself and others of their constitutional rights, and other legal questions as she had them. She attended “Nally’s Mule Barn” quite often, by phone, though she never met him in person, and he encouraged her that she was a good student and would one day have a large glossy wooden table in a conference room full of people who would look to her for her wisdom, guidance, and advice. He said, “They will want to hear what you have to say!”

In 2022, Julia and another citizen, Sarah M. Smith, from Muscogee County, and a member of the Republican Party of Muscogee County, decided to join forces. Sarah ran for School Board for her district and indicated that she saw things that caused her to believe that her election had been tampered with and stolen. Sarah and Julia provided the evidence they had gathered, assembled other citizens that had knowledge of those inconsistencies, and wanted change in their election. The whole team took that evidence to an organization that was formerly called County Citizen’s Defending Freedom USA (CCDF-USA). The director for Georgia was convinced we had an issue and was willing, with the invitation of the Republican Party to share that information. The Republican Party chairman, at their presentation, refuted the evidence, refuted the witness testimonies of those citizens who had their own experience, and after the exposure, he and his good ol’ boy network were voted out and replaced by a new chairwoman, delegates, and precinct leaders.

In 2023, Plumblyne Productions was born. Sarah mentored Julia about social media platforms, content production, and narration. Sarah was the soft, graceful, and honest to a fault friend she needed. Sarah had a desire for justice and for elections integrity and once she saw things for herself, she was willing to listen to the other things I had seen and experienced. She was passionate to help me tell the story of Carlton Gary, who was wrongly dubbed “The Stocking Strangler,” and was executed all while every DA, police officer, investigator, judge, medical examiner, lab technician, news reporter, and other official involved in the case knew he was innocent.

Julia began advocating for many black men in Georgia who were wrongfully accused and incarcerated in Ware, Coffee, Muscogee, Baldwin, Liberty, Hall, and Talbot counties. Her two most popular crime series are “Murder in Muscogee” and “Baker’s Boondoggle.”

In 2024, Sarah encouraged Julia to go to school and get her law degree; however, Julia wanted to get her paralegal bachelor’s degree. She believed that a lawyer is only as good as his paralegal, and she wanted to help good lawyers become great lawyers. So, she attended Liberty University in the Spring of 2024 and graduated summa cum laude in the fall on October of 2025 with her Bachelor’s Degree.

Sarah and Julia have remained friends to this day and they have collectively and separately assisted Mark LaJoye in two campaigns for sheriff, a campaign for mayor in Muscogee County, Georgia, and currently serve as podcast co-hosts to Mark LaJoye on The Mark LaJoye Show. They are avid worshipers, prayer warriors, justice advocates, and community warriors.

Julia has contracted with a 1983, employment, and injury lawyer licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, and Arkansas. She has also written a book entitled, “Hypocrite to Healer: Salvation,” which is available on Amazon in hardback and on Kindle. It is also available in the United States, the UK, Denmark, France, Japan, Australia, India, the Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, and a few other countries.

Julia has been married to her best friend, David Pierce, since 2011, who became her husband in 2014. They have 5 boys and live in Mauk, Georgia.
