Over the past few days, Tiffany Harris has, of her own volition, decided to post her W-2 form for 2025, her pay stubs, and her 1040 form which paint a clear picture of just how much money she has received in raises since 2024.

There has been some discrepancy between what the County Manager’s office has provided me and what Tiffany has been stating is her accurate pay, even down to a pay stub with the check number provided by Tiffany NOT reflecting the same information as the pay stub from the County Manager’s office, which causes me to question if Tiffany is fabricating her documentation or if the County Manager’s office is fabricating their documentation for Tiffany. How could the same pay stub say two different things if they are supposed to come from the same department?

Notice how the YTD on the top screenshot above (provided by Tiffany) indicates her Year to Date Amount is $13,490.63; however, in the pay stub provided to me by the County Manager’s office below indicates that her Year to Date total is $15,336.78. I would also like to note here that Tiffany stated that she only gets paid the last Friday of the month for her Supervisor’s pay, which is $1846.15. She said she only gets paid once a month, even though the check says its for a 2-week period. So, is she lying?

It’s a little coincidental that on April 16, 2026, her pay stub reflects she was paid $1,846.15, which is her exact supervisor pay, less than what the county manager said she was paid on April 16th, which included the $1846.15 for her supervisor’s pay. So, did Tiffany remove her supervisor’s pay from her pay stub to make it appear that she wasn’t getting paid a total of $75,000 as I had added together – $48,000 for supervisor pay and $27,040 for Deputy Registrar pay? I personally think, she is manipulating documentation (even her tax documents) to hide what she’s getting paid AND that she’s getting paid for two county positions which I have alleged is in violation of O.C.G.A. § 45-2-2.

This is not the only time that I have witnessed Tiffany fabricating documentation, and her fabrication caused my to wrongly accuse Jerry Anthony for participating with Tiffany in doctoring his documents – I have since reached out to Jerry to set things right and have corrected my previous publication. I also have plenty of other instances which will be highlighted soon where she’s not whited-out all the original information before she covers it up or has not adequately blacked out the field under her marker. I have also written about how she manufactured many of her oaths after the fact and went back and signed documents that weren’t originally signed. It’s not an isolated instance I have seen. This is malicious and willful at this point and I don’t appreciate how she’s been attempting to shame me and gaslight me for what I am seeing with my own two eyes.

The Raises

So, let’s start with Tiffany’s 2024 pay. Tiffany indicated by way of her 2024 corrected IRS form 44444, posted in a local Marion County, Georgia Facebook group, that her yearly pay was $35,807.

As a side note, I am curious why she is showing us a corrected form (IRS 44444) that is used to correct income and when it was filed. It has me asking, “What was her originally filed income and how did she get it wrong that she had to file a correction?” It also has me asking, “Did she file this because I’ve called her out on the wrong amounts on her end of year and 1040 form that SHE and the county provided?” She’s literally correcting what appears to be all the fields from her original 1040, because you’re only supposed to fill in the boxes you are correcting.

As of her Year to Date total for December 2025, as provided by the County Manager’s office, her total income for 2025 was $41,339.22. Connie Harris made sure to indicate that it was Tiffany’s combined total for both the supervisor and deputy registrar positions, which means if Tiffany is covering up and altering documents regarding her actual pay, then Connie is now helping her.

And as of February of 2026, Commisioner Normal Royal made the motion to approve Tiffany Harris for a raise for $48,000 on election years, and $43,000 for non-election years. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Shane Grier and all five commissioners voted “Yea” for the raise to pass. This is boxed in red below.

If we subtract $35,807 for 2024’s Year to Date total from her pay in 2025, which was $41,339.22, we see that Tiffany Harris received a $5,532.22 raise.

If we subtract her pay for 2025, which was $41,339.22 from her pay for this year, because it is an election year, which is $48,000, we show that Tiffany received a raise of $6,660.78.

So, from 2024 to 2026, Tiffany Harris received a $12,193 raise.

I don’t know about you, but for our small little county of only 4700 registered voters, I’d like to know what she does that constitutes receiving such large raises! She says “I saved the county nearly $90k in 2025 alone.” I am curious how she was able to do that. Do we have any documentation of those savings, initiatives, or efforts, or are they just false successes like Connie’s LMIG successes over the last three years? 🙂

That being said, If we want to know why our roads are not getting fixed, I would like to add that if we are giving Tiffany Harris substantial raises every year, that deducts from what we could use in the county as well.
