Reverend Jason Patterson Endorses Mark LaJoye, Steve Kelly, Joanne Cogle, Jaketra Bryant, and Chris Breault for Mayor in His “Anybody but Isaiah Hugley” Campaign

Reverend Jason Patterson contacted me today and stated that he wanted to make it known that as multiple Reverends across the Chattahoochee Valley have endorsed Isaiah Hugley, that he wants the community to know that he endorses all the candidates EXCEPT Isaiah Hugley.

These are the candidates that he endorses:

Mark LaJoye

Steve Kelly

Jaketra Bryant

Chris Breault

Joanne Cogle

It’s no secret that Rev. Patterson has boldly stated and has visibly shown that he DOES not support embattled former city manager Isaiah Hugley in Hugley’s campaign for mayor. Many citizens join Rev. Patterson in his “Anybody But Isaiah Hugley.”

Rev. Patterson has set himself and his signs up in multiple areas of the city indicating that he wants “Anybody but Isaiah Hugley” as mayor. He has stressed, along with the community agreement of others that if Isaiah as a city manager was fired because he could not run the city as a manager, what in the world makes him think he can run this city as a mayor?

The Columbus Consolidated City government under Isaiah Hugley was failing miserably, due to a series of unfortunate events such as a massive 45 million dollars in business license fees that were stated by the city auditor as missing, a 118-page sheriff’s investigation that produced multiple crimes by multiple city workers, though Towaliga DA, Wayne Jernigan refused to prosecute them or recommend them for prosecution, and a Columbus Animal Control scandal that resulted in a vicious and inhumane death, illegal usage of ketamine, and multiple arrest that came out of Isaiah Hugley’s “successes” as a city manager. He was terminated by a majority vote by Columbus City Councilors.

If you join with Rev. Patterson, please make sure to show up and place your vote for ANYBODY BUT ISAIAH HUGLEY.
